The Women Empowerment Network (WEN) is an EOF student organization led by young women, for young women. This organization is designed and dedicated to inspiring and strengthening young women to find their voice and create their spot in society. They strive to uplift one another in order to grow out of the labels and stereotypes pressed upon them, so they can evolve into their own person and power. The EOF Peer Mentor Program connects current incoming first-year and transfer students with experienced EOF students to bolster community, encourage resource sharing, and contribute to students’ academic and personal growth.
You can involved in Peer Mentorship either as a mentor or mentee. For more information on the peer mentor program you can contact eof_newark@afc.rutgers.edu.

Chi Alpha Epsilon was formed to recognize the academic achievements of college students in access and scholar programs. Its purposes are to promote continued high academic standards, to foster increased communication among its members, and to honor academic excellence achieved by those students.
Admittance to Chi Alpha Epsilon is by invitation only.
