There is so much that is available to you as a RU-N student. We developed these benchmarks to help you create goals to make the most about your college experience. These are meant to be suggestions to help you think about how to prioritize your experiences while in college, but they are not set in stone. Every students situation is different so feel free to meet with your EOF Counselor to discuss any of these benchmarks at any point in your college career.

  1. Identify 3-5 academic, social, and personal college goals
  2. Connect 2-5 career interests to your personal values & strengths
  3. Create an academic plan with a major of interest
  4. Develop a time-management calendar to balance school, work, & life
  5. Engage in 3 or more campus social, educational, or career events

  1. Create your grad plan & develop a post-grad action plan
  2. Conduct 1-2 informational interviews with someone in a career of interest
  3. Participate in 1-3 experiential opportunities to build your resume
  4. Participate in 2-3 activities to develop career readiness & financial literacy
  5. Participate in 1-2 activities to develop your professional brand
